Terms of Service

Booking & Payment

• Bookings are agreed in writing (email or message). Dates are confirmed upon mutual agreement.
• Prices shown include VAT. Any additional travel or special costs are communicated upfront.
• Payment terms are agreed per booking. For certain sessions, a deposit may be requested.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Reasonable notice for rescheduling is appreciated; I’ll try to accommodate alternative dates.
• If weather or unforeseen events impact a location shoot, I may propose a new date/time.
• Where a deposit applies, late cancellations may forfeit the deposit to cover preparation time.

Deliverables & Turnaround

• Deliverables follow the description of the chosen package and any agreed add-ons.
• Turnaround depends on editing level; rush options are available as listed in services.
• Files are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed (e.g., USB delivery add-on).

Usage Rights & Copyright

• Katie De Forest retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use delivered images for personal purposes. Commercial use requires prior agreement.
• Images may be featured in the portfolio or social channels unless you request otherwise in advance.

Conduct & Safety

• I aim to keep sessions comfortable and respectful. If a location or circumstance becomes unsafe, the session may be paused or moved.
• Pets and young participants should be supervised during shoots for safety and comfort.

Liability

I take care to deliver high-quality work and a safe experience. However, I am not liable for delays or issues beyond my control (e.g., transit disruptions, severe weather). In such cases, I will work with you to reschedule.

Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy .

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable Danish law unless otherwise required by your local consumer protections.
